Glow worm boiler ?

I turned the central heating on Friday evening and since then have turned of but now have no hot water even though the hot water is on and the radiators are still warm even though central heating is off, the boiler does ignite the green light for 30 seconds and the temperature does go up but then drops back down and green light goes out. Can you help?
