my partner has broken half a bra wire inside the machine and has gone through the steel drum .... and is now making alot of noise when the washing machine is being used.
can anyone help me with this question????

hi,had the same problem. Simple fix. Open up the door,the drum has some plastic strips inside which will come off if you slide them out. This gives you enough access to see the offending wire which was wedged against the heater element !
