fiat punto gear problems?

please help.

i have a 1.2 2000 fiat punto. this morning i was driving the car and stopped at a junction to turn right. the car engaged 1st gear when taking off but when i went to put it into 2nd it wouldnt engage. now it wont engage any gear. it has been losing oil. i bought the car abt 6 weeks ago and when i bought it the guy i got it from said that he had put a new gear box and clutch in it. the clutch feels fine when pressing.

can anyone help
