Is 1997 vtr ECU & wireloom compatible with 1998 vtr engine?
I have a 1997 saxo vtr & have recently fitted a 1998 vtr engine & i'm using the old (1997) ECU & wireloom but the engine idles at around 1200rpm & splutters excessively when i try driving it. I was told i might need a 1998 ECU & wireloom, Is this correct??
