Mend Ravenheat Switch Combi Diaphragm

Gas switch flicking off on Ravenheat combi boiler?

My ravenheat boiler has had a new manifold, diaphragm and on/off switch. The boiler now fires up but after about 20 seconds it kicks the gas switch off.
