Mend Samsung RSH1DBMH Fridge Freezer Started

why is my Samsung fridge freezer not dispensing water? RSH1DBMH?

After holidays our Fridge freezer started making funny noise until we opened the fridge door. Then the water dispenser stopped working. now the fridge is at 13 degrees (not 4) and food is going bad.

Any ideas?
