Honda lead 125?

Hello every1

I have an old honda lead 125 wich worked fine for a long time then i start it up it starts and everything...
When i ride it and get to about 3000-4000 rpm it just
looses its power and from then on the bike will struggle to even pull away...

Can someone please give me some advice i will really app. it
