Mend Moped Cut Out

moped cut out?

I was riding my moped and 5mins down the road it slowed down then finally stopped working,it shows theres a full tank,but it wont start again,the batteries full and I have already put a new spark plug in abd cleaned the carbarator, what else could it be?
