Mend Refrigerator Freezer Cold

Top Freezer works great.. Refridgerator stays warm.. Say Reason?

I just bought a second hand refridgerator with top mount freezer. Its only 3 years old. Anyways the freezer works great however the fridge portion does not get cold. Gets a little bit, but not like it is supposed to. Please help me asap. It has to be somethin simple.

try replacing the thermocouple, sounds most likely problem.
