as soon as hot tap is turned on, the pressure drops to 0?

Vokera exell 80sp combi boiler.A new heat exchanger has been fitted as suggested by th manufacture which seems to have made the matter worse. Switching the central heating on also causes the pressure to drop to 0. What is causing this to happen and where is the water going to when this happens.
