Mend Maytag LDG7304AAE Remove Dryer Removing

remove and install blower wheel for Maytag gas dryer?

I need to remove old blower wheel and install the new one. I'm having a hard time removing the c-clamp and then replacing w/ new. Is there a trick to the c-clamps? What is easiest method of removal and replacement of new?

Hello,

A pair of snap ring pliers makes this job easier but you should be able to get the job done by using a wide flat screwdriver to separate the opening or the ring.
