audi 100 1984 power steering?

any sudgestions for several problems with the centran hydrolic system the accumilator is slowley failing the pump seems to have a small leak and is gettin noisey , im thinking how hard isit to gut the hydrolic system and go for a manual steering rack and vacume driven brake servo. cheers lee
