Sony Compact AV System?

I have a Sony Compact AV System 2002, which has recently stuck on 'headphone theatre' sound field, resulting in inability to produce sound settings through the speakers. Have tried plugging headphones in and get sound through them, but nothing through speakers when headphone cord is removed. I cannot change sound field setting options - it is stuck on headphone option. Any suggestions to fix this welcomed?
