Mend Bissell Pro Cleaner Vacuum

bissell pro cleaner tubes?

how do I clear the tubes from the bissell pro cleaner? I checked the suction and it will pick up water off the floor also the handdeld hose attachment does dispense water, I called bissell help line they after troubleshooting they said it sounds like a blocked hose, don't want to take in to repair shop too far
