fiat punto sx60 1242cc ?

i needed to drain my radiator after putting in the wrong fluid. I have replaced the right fluid now but the engine gradually goes to overheat. Ive been told that i need to get the air out that may be trapped inside. ive squeezed the pipes but not much better. where are the air release valves ive heard that this may sort the problem.
