amstrad DRX280 sky + box?

Hi.Hope someone can help....This box started having problems with loading teletext at first and now is getting stuck on recording channel-if I change over I could still hear recording but no picture and basically cannot watch anything but whats recording .I phoned sky tech and did system rebuild(with 0 1 hidden thingy ) few times in a week but keeps getting stuck...Any ideas please?
