Beko WMA765S fills, stops then drains and stops?

My beko WMA 765S has suddenly started to play up, I can select the programme and it fills as normal, about 2 mins into the cycle it stops, does nothing for 10 mins or so then skips to drain (2 min cycle) it then seems to part drain the machine and the cycle ends, but the door doesn't unlock
I have checked filter, it is clear and spinning freely, does anyone have any idea what I need to do here?!
