engine wont start (fiesta zetec 1.25 1998 )?

ive replace the spark plugs,air filter and fuel filter and it still wont start

its got half a tank of fuel in it , injection ,it turn over but not starting , when i first turn the key it wont to start but dont start

So im guessing that it turns over alright? You turn the key and the engine turns over at normal speed. does it pop or try to start? It sounds to me like fuel starvation. You got fuel in the car? (sounds silly but people do it). is your car carbereted or injection?
