when am watchin sky movies i cant turn off the audio description .please help me for gods sake

This one is a pain in the ass, or so to speak.

press "audio" it will give you two choices eith NAR for naration or eng, for english, Press the eng option, then OK. sadly you will have to do this every time you hear the naration voice over.
