Eco tec boiler 'con' error?

Bobbie ... I assume this has now been fixed? Can you tell me the cause and how it was corrected?

In the manual it explains 'con' as no communication to mainboard, connection error display mainboard.

On the display it just shows 0 on temperature and pressure and if I press 'Flame' button then it shows the error.

Any chance I can fix it?

I have not come across a CON message before, but from memory most Vaillant Fault codes are F**, and the display is flashing,

Does the user manual give any indication of what this is? it could be Connection error, such as phase & neutral reversed or similar?

Check your Controls are correctly set as well

then call an Engineer
