Mend Worcester 24CDi Boiler Flue

Worcester 24CDi Series - Domestic Hot Water demand indictor flashing?

How do I check that the flue terminal has not been obstructed and that the fan and air pressure switch are in good order as stated in the user manual as I don't know where these are?
