Mp3 says 'No files' but music download was complete?

My Mp3 player has been downloaded with music files however it continues to show ' No files' when i try to play the music. It is a Itronics 128mb digital mp3 player. How can i get music to play? It has worked before but i haven't used it in 2-3yrs now!!
