Check that water pipe is not bend, restricting water flow. If ok, then check water has not been isolated from machine. if this is ok, then it looks like water inlet valve is not opening to allow flow. This can be caused by 2 things. Firstly check water overfill switch has not stuck.This activates to stop inlet valve opening. Then next check inlet valve has packed up. If so then this restricts flow.
