Mend Got Light Off

Got the locked light off but 2hr delay light is on?

on, pressed no heated (unlock) button it went off and the 2 hr delay light comes on and sometimes blinks. Tried flipping breaker, unpluging, pressing various button combinations. Any suggestions?
