Mend Smeg FAB46X Problem Cold Despite Turning

We have a Smeg fridge/freezer model no. FAB46X and have a problem with it!?

It doesn't seem to be as cold as it normally is despite turning the temperature to its coldest and giving it 24 hours to adjust. everything in the fridge doesn't seem like its been in the fridge at all! Any suggestions? Thanks
