Mend Ariston Genus HE Boiler Heating Hot Works

Fixing an Ariston Genus HE Boiler?

I have a heating problem with my Ariston Genus HE Boiler where the hot water works but the heating doesnt. The pilot light comes on when you use the hot water and there is nearly 2bar of pressure. I have checked the thermostat and it is above ambient temperature. I have had this issue before which was resolved by pressing the test button which now doesnt work. I have tried all of the usual troubleshooting things but no luck. Is there anyone who knows what to do?.

there may a fault with the timer, room stat or pcb. get a qualified engineer to take a look at it.
