Renault Kangoo, access to heater fan & motor?

hi only a guess as had problem with my scenic air con fan remove not the glove compartment and the piece that runs down underneath this and the blower /fan heater is situated behind here on the passanger side it was on our scenic not a mechanic but this is how my hubby got to our blower motor for our air con it took him bout half an hour to remove this and fit the new motor and put bk and believe me never done this before
