Mend Ford Fiesta Hot

2002 ford fiesta Heater stuck on hot!!?

I have a Ford Fiesta 2002 old shape, the heater is constantly on hot regardless of the position of the temp control in the car. I had a new valve fitted by a garage which seemed to work for a week or two but then back to hot all the time. So I replaced the valve myself but it made no difference. Any ideas???

Thanks John, how do you replace the switch? I cant figure out how to get at it.

Two faulty bits on these...the electric valve, and the switch itself. You seem to have isolated one of them.....
