Mend Beko APM6855 Freezer Defrost Fault

apm6855?

I have a APM 6855 bought from Howdens it is 30 mths old . I have defrosted the unit and turned it on again the freezer appears to be working but not the fridge, still with the H sign showing, Would welcome any advice.
