Mend Replace Water Front

How do I replace the water run-off strip at base of upvc, front door?

This strip was heavily trodden on and about 5" of it broke off leaving a jagged edge which is dangerous and unsightly.
The remaining length seems very strongly glued/welded and i can't think how to get it off and replace it with something. Are these strips even available? Can anyone help please?

You need to remove the broken drip bar with a sharp chisel 25mm or wider is best.
A new bead would cost £15 delivered.
You would need to stick with a super glue or adhesive.
We can supply if required.
