yeah id say its overheating, too much dust in the fan causes the fan to slow up not running at its optimum speed wich causes laptop to over heat causing automatic shutdown

I suggest you take it to be cleaned. Sounds like CPU cooling fan is not working/clogged and computer is switching off to protect chip
