Mend Valiant Ecomax Should Add More

should i add more inhibitor?

Had a full system flush done in Feb 09 and inhibitor added. Have a Valiant Ecomax boiler, and had a new heat exchanger fitted today (7months after flush was done). The boiler was drained to fit the new part. Do we now need to add more inhibitor to the system?
