Mend Russell Hobbs 2200 Work Opened Good

Russell Hobbs Steamglide 2200, it heats up but the steam doesnt work???

Does anyone know how to fix this problem???
I have opened it up and everything seems to be in good working order. The filters were soaking wet so I dried them and put them back in the tube they go in.
I think it may need something like a motor because its as if the pipe for the steam isnt able to sook the steam.
