how can i fix my LG Intellowasher 7KG wm-13150fb ?

my LG Intellowasher 7KG wm-13150fb is not working, when the power is turned on it makes a single bleep, nothing else happen.
I hve check the fuse and found no issue, some relay or reset switch is stopping it from working,
how can i fix this?
