as above the alarm goes off but when i try to key in the code the keypad is dead no lights on if i leave it for a while the keypad will take the code and reset the alarm !
this has happened 3 times in a month
erm maybe turning the alarm off then on i cant see whats rong with that wait is the power light on on the panel right now ? if it is thats fine but still try what i said if its not on then check your fuse box hasnt tripped and open the panel front cover and check where the mains wire goes into the junction box there should be a black pull out fuse at the side of it check that hasnt blown and STILL check all the other fuses in the panel havent blown get back to me if that helps
