How can I fix my diplomat oven?

I have a diplomat gas oven which is about 2 months old, the problem is that when I ignite the oven, the flame is very low and when I increase the dial the flame does not increase and I am unable to bake anything as it is not hot enough.
Please can you advise me on what the problem is.
