94 ford excort lx heat air conditioning not work?

hi my proublem is the blower motor works fine fuses are fine but the heater and air conditioner wont blow any air another prob my dashboard lights wont work please help e-mail me at iloverobert_forever@yahoo.com thanks so much

Check your heater and air cond. control box, to see if all your wires, vacuum tubes, etc. are hooked up. Might be bad control box or electrical problem. Dash lights are probably just blown bulbs behind instrumental panel.
