how can i fix my car heater?

how can i fix my car heater for a vauxhall astra 1.7diesel '96 model. The blower is working but no heat is coming and if I recall correctly I also had a water leak under the dashboard.

heater matrix u/s, needs replacing. it looks like a small radiator and can be located by looking under the bonnet at the bulkhead and tracing two rubber hoses going through. normally means the dash coming out, good luck
