I have a broken ultrafit rowing machine ( magnetic)?

Search Hydrafitnessexchange. Order part number 719495. It is a set of two for both sides. Part is listed for a Matrix commercial AR11 2015 rower and the assemblies are a direct fit. However for use on the Ultrafit rower you will need to put them on the opposite sides as the spring directions shown on the labels are incorrect for what you need. Simple replacement.

Hello,

The same thing has now happened on my Ultrafit rowing machine.
The strap has now become completely disconnected. Upon opening up the rower it seems that there is a spring inside the mechanism which retracts the strap and this is failing to work.
I'm unsure of whether this can be fixed as it is coated in grease and I cannot see it entirely.
