triton opal electric shower?

i replaced the shower hose and head on my triton opal and the pressure must be different and now the water comes out of the overflow aswell as the hose, it even comes out of the overflow when the hose is not attached, im assuming this is due to the prd defecting, is this right??
If so, how do i replace it???
