I have obtained 'legally' a small plastic box containing 3 short tiip bits 50mm long 4 5 and 6mm approx and one long bit short tip with what appears to be cutting edges along its shaft similar to ratchet teeth.
The small bits drill in reverse whereas the long bit drills in forward motion [clockwise] They are brassi in colour and have confused me as to their use. Pity this forum doesn't take pictures. Any one from my description any idea of their use?
Hi Peccavi Thanks for your reply Site didn't work couldn't find the item so looked up their drill bits section found just the item I have but their's is a set of 5 Titanium saw bits, mines one saw bit and 3 reverse hole drilling bits/cutters. I couldn't find the other bits, Seems curous the small ones only cut if the dirll is put in reverse, 'Strange'! Pity this site doesn't take photo's

Many thanks for your reply John, and a good one at that. I fully agree with you, you see them things in adverts similar but I bet it's the only one that works.

Maybe its those things like rotary files, that allow you to cut grooves etc - rather like milling. You know - those things that don't work at all? :-)
