How can I fix my Hotpoint BS 22 oven?

My Hotpoint BS 22 oven is not heating up.

replace the heating element situated at back of oven remove 4 screws also light glass cover you will then see oven element held in place with one screw at top connected to 2 wires push on spade connectors dont let wires get lost otherwise you have to take back of oven , element is round,
