Mend Philips Fridge Freezer Sound

my philips amercian fridge freezer has started making a clicking sound, ?

our fridge/freezer started making a clicking sound a few days ago but stops when the door is opened, today though an alarm sound re freezer and the temp disappears. i have turned if off and it restarts and then goes again. any suggestions please
