Lightbulb gone, and fan sound gone, but still works? ?

Without even the brand name or specific model number we cannot provide any specific advice.
In general, if the lightbulb has gone, change it for a new one.
On most fridge / freezers the circulation fan will always stop when you open the door so it does not draw in warm air.
I would suggest you have no problems at all apart from needing a new bulb.
