Mend Diplomat 620 Oven Heat

how can I fix my Diplomat 620 electric oven?

Hi, we have a Diplomat Select 620 oven. Today when attempting to heat the oven to 130C the light indicator did not go off however when we opened the door the oven appeared to have overheated.
We now cannot the oven as we do not know what the correct temperature is.
Can anyone assist ?
