Mend Diplomat Oven Not Up

What do I need to fix a Diplomat ADP 4520 fan oven that is not heating up?

My Diplomat ADP 4520 fan oven is not heating up. It is a double oven- the top oven/grill is still working.
On turning on the main fan assisted oven the fan is heared, the light in the oven is on, however the thermostat indicator/orange light does not come on and the oven does not heat up.
Any ideas what the problem might be and if it needs a new part or new oven?!
