how can i fix my hotpoint future frost free?

the digital readout on the fridge says 6 the freezer 20 but all the food defrosted in the freezer and the fridge compartment feels room temperature everything appears to be working the warning buzzer is working showing the drop in temperature but ive noticed the fan isnt coming on how do i fix it
