Fridge door lost its suction?

my fridge door doesn't seem to close completely - No suction?





The door doesn't seem to close properly. There is a rubber around the door which is encased by plastic. Part of this black seal has popped out of the casing. Can it be siloconed back in or glued and would this be the answer to this problem.
