Mend Briggs & Stratton Carburetor Fuel

nikki carb on briggs &strattton runs out of fuel?

At full mowning speed carb starves for fuel. Ive cleaned carb checked neddle and seat , replaced and checked operation of the fuel solenoid on bottom of the bowl. I have a clear fuel filter on the fuel line and can watch the fuel empty as it is running even with the fuel tank cap off.
