upon trying to access my music and photo files, the only on screen message reads "file system err" how can all the data be saved, and is it possible for the player to be repaired please?
i have the same problem with my 8gb player, no support no firmware anywhere on web, it reads in the pc but most of files i missing, i tried re-formatting but still same result, basically you are screwed, i will never buy another wharfedale (anything), its cheap junk from china with their name stamped on it.
